Terms of Service

1. About PONEX Seats LLC

PONEX Seats LLC is a ticket brokerage registered in Wyoming, USA. We act as intermediary between clients and ticket sources.

2. Scope of Services

PONEX sources tickets for sports, concerts, theater and other live events worldwide. All tickets are verified for authenticity prior to delivery.

3. Placing an Order

By confirming an order, the client enters a binding purchase agreement. A binding order is established upon written confirmation by PONEX.

4. Pricing

Ticket prices may exceed face value. All prices are final offer prices including our service fee, confirmed individually per inquiry.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cancellations are generally not possible once an order is confirmed. Cancellation requests may be considered at PONEX's sole discretion if:

• The client submits a written cancellation request before the event.
• PONEX is able to resell the tickets on the secondary market.
• A minimum cancellation fee of 15% of the original purchase price applies in all cases.
• If tickets are resold at a lower price, the full price difference is borne by the client. Example: client paid €1,000, tickets resold for €500 → cancellation fee is €500.

If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, PONEX will refund the amount paid minus any non-recoverable costs within 30 business days. Postponements do not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally or via tracked express courier. PONEX is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All tickets are guaranteed authentic. If a ticket is invalid at the venue, PONEX will provide a replacement or full refund for that ticket.

8. Limitation of Liability

PONEX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
